Fason pou Kolekte Lèt Manman

Anvan w ponpe oswa tire lèt la, byen lave men ou ak savon ak dlo.

Enspekte tout pyès ponp yo ak tib la pou asire w yo pwòp. Ranplase tib ki kanni yo tousuit.

Pwòpte kontwa a oswa tab la ak deyò ponp lan, san wete bouton oswa kadran yo.

Gen kèk paran ki prefere ponpe lèt dirèkteman nan resipyan yo ap estoke lèt yo a ladan an.

Fason pou Konsève Lèt Manman

Pale ak moun ki ba w sèvis gadri a sou zafè estokaj lèt manman.
Itilize yon rès lèt ki rete nan yon tib nan espas de (2) èdtan apre tibebe w la fini.

Ou kapab estoke lèt manman nan pòch estokaj pou lèt manman, resipyan an vè oswa plastik ki di, resipyan ki san BPA avèk kouvèti ki fèmen byen sere.

Evite itilize boutèy ki jetab yo oswa lòt sachè plastik pou w estoke lèt ou. Tanpri kontakte klinik WIC ki nan zòn ou an si w bezwen pòch estokaj pou lèt.

1/12

Mete yon etikèt sou resipyan an ki gen dat ou te tire lèt la. Si ou bay yon moun ki bay sèvis gadri lèt la, ajoute non pitit ou a tou.

Estoke lèt ou tire a dèyè frizè a oswa frijidè a, pa estoke l nan pòt la. Tanperati pòt la varye paske li ap plede ouvri ak fèmen.

Lè w ap deplase pou yon ti tan, tankou lè w prale travay oswa lekòl epi lè w ap sot travay oswa lekòl, ou kapab estoke lèt ou ponpe oswa tire a nan yon bwat izole ki kenbe bagay fre avèk pòch glas ki jele pandan jiska 24 èdtan.

Fason pou Jele Lèt Manman

Si ou pa prevwa itilize lèt ou fenk ponpe oswa refrijere a nan espas kat (4) jou, jele li tousuit.
Lè l ap jele, kite espas yon pous anlè resipyan an. Lèt manman dilate lè li jele.

Jele 2 a 4 ons lèt pou w evite gaspiyaj.

Jele pòch estokaj yo plat pou ka genyen espas.

Lè gen yon pàn kouran, lèt ki jele a toujou bon si ou toujou kapab wè kristal yo.

Fason pou Dejle ak Chofe Lèt Manman

Itilize lèt ki estoke pi lontan an anvan. Itilize prensip PAPS la (premye antre, premye soti).
Menm si gen kèk tibebe ki ka prefere lèt chofe, lèt manman an pa bezwen chofe. Ou ka sèvi li nan tanperati nòmal oswa fre.

Ou ka dejle lèt la nan diferan mannyè:

1: Nan frijidè a pandan lannuit

2: Anba dlo tyèd k ap koule

3: Nan yon resipyan ki gen dlo tyèd

Lèt ki dejle ak dlo tyèd ta dwe sèvi nan espas inèdtan (1) apre w fin dejle l oswa apre w fin mete li nan frijidè a.

Lèt ki dejle nan frijidè ta dwe sèvi nan espas yon (1) jou (24 èdtan) apre w fin dejle l.

Si ou deside chofe lèt manman an, kite resipyan an fèmen. Mete resipyan ki fèmen an nan yon bòl dlo tyèd oswa kenbe li anba dlo tyèd k ap koule a, men se pa dlo cho. Pa chofe li dirèkteman sou fou a ni nan fou mikwowonn nan. Lage kèk gout lèt sou ponyèt ou pou w ka teste tanperati a. Li ta dwe yon tijan tyèd.
Fè yon ti vire tounen lèt la (pa sekwe li) pou w melanje li, piske li nòmal pou lèt manman an separe.

Pinga ou pase lèt manman an nan fou mikwowonn. Lè w pase li nan fou mikwowonn nan, li ap dekonpoze nitriman yo epi kreye kèk pwen ki cho, ki yo menm kapab brile bouch tibebe w la.
